• Debate is welcome; SWEARING is not.

• Bring suspicious reviews or BEHAVIOR forward with clear reasoning, not personal grudges.

• Keep spoilers out of all discussions. This can see you ashore. 

• Remember: the goal is to protect the integrity of the ship, not to sink fellow crew.

• Create new ideas and fill the sails with vigor, fun and celebration.
